I Remember House (2025)
The sound and social structure of Chicago’s warehouse parties in the 1970s are reimagined through experimental music, capturing the ambiance of those legendary events. The classic acid house sound is stripped down to its core using modular synthesizers, while deep house drum rhythms transport listeners on a journey through time and space.
Kansas City Mechanic Caves (2026)
The sound thet existed less as a fully
formed genre than as an atmosphere experienced in space.
A deep, continuous pulse settles like a foundation beneath the
architecture of the exhibition; above it circulate short musical
figures and revolving bass lines that repeat, shift, and
gradually inscribe themselves into the bodies of the listeners.
This form of repetition produces not a linear progression but a
state of immersion – an experience that Lindenbaum echoes
elsewhere in the exhibition through installed wall wallpapers.
